Cancellation & deposit policy 

Deposits are non-refundable
and are required for most bookings. 

Deposits are asked for when booking online
and in salon. 

If you reschedule your appointment your deposit will be transferred to your future booking.   

When using one of our vouchers we will refund your deposit at check out. 

If you need to cancel your appointment we ask for 24 hours notice.
